Welcome to be in my personnel homepage

Education Background:

I am in the 3rd year in B.A of organisational Development at University of Cambodia, (UC). It is very interesting to study this university which I am sure it provides a great knowledge in all fields.

Beside that, University of Cambodia (UC) also provides the lectures which all conducted in English. This way, it helps me a lot to be familiar with the international standard like other countries in the world.

A part from university studies, I am also joining another class of English in Diploma courses at Australian Centre for Education,(ACE)  which I really like. This Diploma Degree will take another two years that by the time I finish my BA, then I will be ready to be straight getting to MA in abroad, I will see how it goes!!!!

More than that, it is going to be a useful for me if I go to study in abroad in the future. So with four years at UC, I am sure that my English will reach the level that I can join the a university in abroad in any other fields of research studies

Life in Phnom Penh

To begin with the life that I have been in Phnom Penh since last September 2003, I have found that there are so much things around that I never though about that I would meet in Phnom Penh at all. Now I would like to briefly tell you how my feeling and life with the new area in Phnom Penh in the middle of no people I ever really knew from the beginning of the life...

Before I came to Phnom Penh, I was just dreaming that Phnom Penh would be a lovely city and a great place to live in and study and a suitable one for me to start a new life with studying. However, all went wrong into the unbelievable events that were the opposite side way of what I used to think about. In term of people, I would say that of course they are somehow not really related to each other. Well, I know that to live well we are all human beings need to be related and have money, but money does not need all the times.

Money cannot bring us everything; especially a good friendship and relationship that we all want to have in our lives. I tell you one thing that really annoyed is that I met some people are really never think about relationship with friends... all with that just about money all the times and cheating people's feeling. Some time, they really hurt me... they said I am stupid!!! How could I live without money being supported in life?

You know, it is just I never though that I cannot live without money or money cannot direct my ways at all. All I need just a simple life where I can live with the people I love and can exchange experiences and kindly to each other, societies and knowing the difficulties we are facing, aren't these enough?

Later on, I have found that some people in Phnom Penh just about that... they're of course, different from where I live that we all can share food, drink, friendly to each other, never cheat, but understating each other's feeling...
However, by now if I do not like, I am already one step ahead in an area where I must be used to it; otherwise I am death!!! Unfortunately, I rarely trust anyone at all in Phnom Penh!!!!

Would you belief that some people in Phnom Penh are looking down at me when they first time heard that I am from Ratanakiri Province, they are proud of themselves. They said to me a mountain person; you know some of those looked at me from all my head to my heel when they met me. Some time, I am really upset on how they acted to me.

I do not understand why those people treat me like that? They can afford in a good university, a good English institute but cannot afford a good heart, and what the different from me? I can afford too but of course not like them!!!!

And since some of those try to do what they think of how I am, but I will tell you what I have done for them. You know what??? After one semester, I became the top student in English institute and got good marks at university which some of those cannot get!!! With that, I have proved myself that even I am from Ratanakiri, I still can be like you or even better than you in some cases. Of course, living in an area where educational system is better qualified that my Ratanakiri, so I must take them seriously as a student in order to do something good for the other that never have any chances to come to Phnom Penh.

In the beginning, I have met some troubles in training myself in the higher educational system. I was really difficult to get through each lecture, but I remember that nothing is impossible and if the other can do why I cannot?

Days to days, I came slowly to the point that I can mange all the times for my studies. I remember that I am one of the 100,000 people who has a great support, so in order to reciprocate or to return something in the great form, I must succeed in my educational life in Phnom Penh and even try to go further on if I can for the best of what I can do for the people in Banlung..

Do you have any comments about the above statement?
